Note: Logging in as System Administrator is not required to complete this procedure.

To check the device firmware version:

1. Ensure that the machine is turned on. 
    
2. On the Services Home Screen, touch Machine Status.
   
    
3. Select Software Version.
   
    
4. In the Items list, find Controller ROM. This is the machine’s current firmware version.
   
    
5. Click  in the top right corner, then press the Home button on the control panel.
