Note: Print Utility for Ctrix XenApp is software to properly send information instructed from the client to Citrix XenApp Server. Meanwhile, Citrix Universal Print Driver rolled out since April 2021 enables users to use the function “Auto-create generic universal printer” on the client. 
For this reason, we would like to inform in advance that we have decided to no longer provide Print Utility for Citrix XenApp at the software download page from 24th March, 2023.
 

1. Date of termination for Print Utility for Citrix XenApp on 24th March, 2023.
    
2. Note: Citrix Universal Print Driver released in April 2021 makes the function “Auto-create generic universal printer” available on the client, which means a print driver is no longer required to be installed on the server. We recommended to use this function and also stopped updating supported environments and adding compatible models upon March 31, 2021. Eventually, Print Utility for Citrix XenApp is to be removed from the software download page on 24th March, 2023. 
    
3. Using Print Utility for Citrix XenApp after termination
   Note: Even after April 1, 2023, it is possible to continue to use the Print Utility for Citrix XenApp already in use.
